In the past few months, this mole fellow has been  making all sorts of mounds and tracks in the garden.

I considered it  a "PEST" and I declared war against this little thing a few months ago.

Today, 6/26/02, I sneaked up on him from behind

 while he was making some underground tunnels. I quickly dug a hole with my spade and there he was

I conked his head( I had to), poor thing. After all he's been giving me a huge  headache.

Well, so much for that!
